Owning your own holiday home is a luxury that gives you the freedom to take a break as many times as you wish during our 11 month season (closed in February).

You may be a first time buyer or looking to upgrade your existing holiday home.  We can offer you a wide range of both new and pre-owned models from some of the leading manufactures.

Each holiday home comes with its own spacious plot set amidst beautifully maintained grounds and stunning sea views.  Our annual pitch fees are inclusive of all charges with the exception of gas, electric and caravan/lodge insurance.

Our dedicated staff are on hand to help and advise when you are choosing your holiday home and pitch location to ensure it suits both your lifestyle and budget.  We can also guide you through a choice of low deposit and low repayment finance plans to make your dream holiday home an affordable reality.

Your holiday home will come fully sited with our excellent first time buyers’ package, which includes the following:

  • No site fees to pay until December 2018!
  • All siting and connection charges, gas and electric safety tests, digital TV aerial, interior and exterior valet, steps and insurance until October 2018.
  • Professional demonstration and handover to get you settled in!

Your holiday home warranty

We are sure you’ll be thrilled with your holiday home, whether you opt for new or pre-owned, but for added peace of mind, you will benefit from either a manufacturers’ warranty (if you buy new) or a free 12 month pre-owned warranty.
